Being a student on a budget is difficult and can get frustrating when wanting to do something fun with your friends. Me and my housemate Sarah decided to go to Winchester for the day as it got us out the house, was inexpensive and was not far from Southampton. I drove us both there and then we went to stroll along the high-street. The streets were full of cafés, pubs and shops, and to my surprise there was a Space NK which we went into to play around with the products. Then we ended up looking around the cathedral where we then discovered the cutest little garden full of flowers, benches and archways. We ended the day by exploring around a castle before driving back home.
